Choosing a Baptistry

There are numerous criteria in selecting the baptistry most appropriate for any specific application. For existing contruction the dimensions may be all important. Should there be a window? Will entry into the baptistry be on one side only or will entry from both sides be required? Will the pastor wish to stand in a dry area outside of the baptistry while performing the baptism?

The remarkably versatile Model A-3.

The Model A-3 baptistry is simple but flexible. The outside and inside entry steps can be *placed at any location around the tank. Twelve variations are shown. The Model A-3 is available with or without a window.

*(Note: steps are molded separately and are bolted to the main baptistry tank.)

The Compact Multi-function Portable Baptistry

The Portable baptistry is small enough to move through most doorways. With the optional table top it can be used as a baptistry, communion table and pulpit.


Installing Your Little Giant Baptistry

General Information

We strongly recommend that no framing work be done until your Little Giant Baptistry has been delivered and is on the job site.

Base Stand

Place baptistry on a base stand which has been built according to architechtural specifications and is structurally designed to support it when filled. (see drawing)

Framing

Erect 2 x 4 stud framing for rim support and support under the baptistry window as per drawing.

Finish

Use corner molding or plaster to give a smooth finish surface around the rim and under the window area.

Window Glass

The 1/2" plexiglass will be installed with silicone sealant at the factory.
